Using our advertising assets management, you will be able to control all installation work, add photo reports and repair work on advertising spaces. Also, we provide a mobile application for work teams, where you can change the status of installation work, add photos. This document contains a list of works assigned to a certain work team or worker. It is created on the basis of all received installation requests with regard to ad material availability. Users can create separate documents for certain districts or certain type of works. When the works have been finished, users can attach a photo report to the document. Also this document can be exported to an Android mobile app, so that you can view it when out of office.
Installation work analysis
Multi-purpose report on installation works will give you a broad picture of installation works in progress including a customer, an advertising campaign, start and end time, and so on.
Ad construction maintenance
This group of reports and documents was designed for managing ad construction maintenance works. The system keeps track of works that are not directly connected with ad placements, for example, light bulb replacement or repair.

Using our software, you can set up sending photo reports to your customers by email in various formats, including in the form of a presentation which is creating automatically by clicking only one button.
